Here you’ll find all the important information for your stay – compact, clear and complete with everything you need for planning your holiday.
In the main house you’ll find modern apartments, suites, studios and double rooms – all with magnificent views over the Valle Isarco and across to the Dolomites.
Your accommodation is equipped with shower, WC, hairdryer, bidet, satellite TV, radio, safe, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Apartments, suites and studios also feature a fully equipped kitchenette or cooking corner, integrated into the living area, with electric hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, espresso machine and kettle, plus a cosy seating area to make you feel right at home.
In the annex you can look forward to equally spectacular views – across the valley and towards the Dolomites.
Here too you’ll find everything you need: shower, WC, bidet, hairdryer, kitchenette or cooking corner integrated into the living area with electric hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and kettle, a comfortable seating area, satellite TV, radio, safe and Wi-Fi.

- Access to the outdoor pool with spacious sunbathing lawn, sun loungers, parasols and glorious panoramic views across the valley and mountains. Our pool (10x5m) and sunbathing lawn are open all day during the summer season.
- Upon arrival, you will receive the South Tyrol Guest Pass. This allows you to use public transport throughout South Tyrol free of charge. A bus stop is just a few steps from the house.
- Guestnet: our digital information system with everything important and worth knowing about our house, events in and around Villandro and the Valle Isarco, plus a wide range of leisure tips
- Free parking directly at the house.
- Bikes: you can store your mountain bike or e-bike in our bike garage and recharge it free of charge.

- Breakfast is already included in the price of our double rooms. Staying in an apartment, means you are free to decide: book without breakfast, enjoy the daily buffet or let us spoil you with a lovingly filled breakfast basket – just as it suits your holiday mood.
- Use of the laundry room with washing machine, dryer and detergent
- Use of the charging station for your e-vehicle
- Daily cleaning of your apartment for € 25.00 (without kitchen).
- Breakfast for apartment guests – buffet in high season, breakfast baskets outside high season (extra charge).
Prices for apartments are based on 2 people per night with a minimum stay of 7 nights.
Children up to 3 years stay with us free of charge.
From 4 years onwards, in our suites, apartments and studios, we charge a supplement of € 20 per day and per person – for both adults and children.
Prices in double rooms are per person/night including breakfast.
For short stays, we apply a surcharge of up to 25% on the nightly rate.
For stays longer than 21 days, you’ll receive a 5% discount on the total price.
Some categories can also be booked for single use. If that is the case, the price will be adjusted accordingly.
The local tourist tax is € 3.40 per person/night and is collected on site. Children under 14 years of age are exempt from the tourist tax.
Check-In / Check-Out
On the day of arrival, your room or apartment will be ready for you from around 2.00 pm. If you plan to arrive after 8.00 pm, please let us know by phone.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your suite, apartment or room by 9.30 am.
Late check-out is possible subject to availability: departures between 9.30 am and 1.00 pm are charged at € 30.00, and departures up to 5.00 pm at € 50.00.
Holidays with your dog
Your four-legged friends are very welcome in the units of the annex. We charge € 20.00 per day for dogs (without food).
We ask for your understanding that dogs (and other pets) are not permitted in the dining room or on the sunbathing lawn.
Smoking
Please note that smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the house, including in apartments and suites. Of course, you are welcome to smoke in the garden or on your balcony.
To confirm your reservation, we kindly ask for a deposit of 40% of the booking price.
You may settle your bill in cash, with debit card or credit card (Visa and Mastercard).
You are also welcome to pay in advance.

Cancellation conditions
Up to 31 days before arrival: free cancellation
From 30 to 15 days before arrival: 40% of the total price
From 14 to 8 days before arrival: 60% of the total price
From 7 days before arrival until the day of arrival: 70% of the total price
In the event of late arrival, early departure or no-show: 100% of the booked but unused days will be charged
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
