Nature. Vastness. Freedom. –
The Alpe di Villandro in summer

The Alpe di Villandro is one of the largest and most beautiful alpine pastures in South Tyrol – a place where the freedom of the mountains can truly be felt. Gentle meadows, fragrant stone pine woods, glittering mountain lakes and a view not easily forgotten. Up here, every step, every moment is an experience.

Whether a leisurely stroll or a challenging tour, a panoramic walk or a full-day excursion up to the Totenkirchl chapel – on the alpine pasture everyone finds their own path to relaxation. And as a reward, rustic huts await with hearty Alto Adige specialities and genuine mountain charm.

Family summer:
adventures for little (and big) mountain explorers

Family holidays never get boring here – around Villandro adventures await that make children’s (and parents’) eyes shine.

On the WoodyWalk on the Plose, they fly down the giant slide, balance on the climbing trees and cool off in the Kneipp water therapy circuit, all with a breathtaking Dolomite panorama

The Pana Raida nature adventure trail in Val Gardena leads you through fairy-tale forests, with stations for learning, climbing and playing.

Those who like heights are in good hands at the Villnöss high ropes course, and water-lovers will find plenty of pools and fun at the Acquarena in Bressanone.

Closer still, right in the village, kids can let off steam at the playground and sports field in Villandro (where you will also find tennis and football courts) – and in summer, of course, in the house’s own pool.
